Account Registration & Management

Having an active account on gk22w is a prerequisite for participating in games and making financial transactions. Please read the guidelines below carefully.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are operated from the same household, gk22w reserves the right to investigate and may suspend both accounts if necessary.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of the Terms and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the balance.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use your account or transferring account access is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Closing an Account

You may request to close your account at any time. gk22w also reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the Terms. Any valid balance is generally returned via the applicable withdrawal method after the account is closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer
  • Deposits must be made using the payment method registered to your account
  • Deposits from third-party accounts or unrecognised sources are not accepted
  • Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
  • Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit
  • Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed
  • Withdrawals may be restricted before active bonus wagering requirements are met
Please note: gk22w does not charge any fees on transactions. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

gk22w monitors all transactions. If any transaction appears suspicious, fraudulent, or related to money laundering, we may suspend it immediately and report it to the relevant authorities. In such cases, the account balance may be frozen while the account is under investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

gk22w bonus offers provide additional value for members. However, all bonuses come with specific terms and conditions, which are described in detail below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
  • Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳37,000
  • Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount must be wagered
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus)
Wagering example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A specific bonus offer applies once per member, household, device, or IP address
  • Bonuses are not transferable to third parties
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met
  • Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer are eligible for bonuses
  • gk22w reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected

5.3 VIP Programme

The gk22w VIP programme has three tiers with weekly cashback:

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

It is possible to move up from one tier to a higher tier based on regular participation and activity. VIP benefits are subject to change and gk22w reserves the right to modify them at any time.
